I am a physical fitness buff, but the type of products I go for are all-natural, with few side effects, and lots of positive benefits. Saturday, May 16th, 2009I was sitting on my couch thinking about how much better I felt about my body and about myself when I was in my twenties. I had a lean body, and I loved to work out.
